Construction Steps

1. Site Survey and Preliminary Design

Site Inspection
We precisely measure the floor level, dimensions, entrance size, electrical supply capacity, and whether an electrical capacity upgrade is required.
Drawing and System Design
Based on the intended use of the storage facility, whether refrigerated or frozen, and the items to be stored, we determine the optimal dimensions and urethane panel thickness, generally 100T to 150T or more, and finalize the design drawings.

2. Base Frame Installation and Floor Panel Construction

Base Frame Leveling
An uneven floor can create gaps between connected panels. Galvanized steel tubing or a base frame is installed, precisely leveled, and securely fixed in place.
Floor Panel Installation
High-performance urethane floor panels are placed on the frame and firmly secured using cam-lock fasteners. Floor reinforcement and drainage construction are carried out when required.

3. Wall and Corner Panel Assembly

Corner and Wall Panel Installation
Using the corner panels as reference points, the surrounding wall panels are installed sequentially.
Cam-Lock Fastening and Airtight Sealing
The built-in cam-locks are tightened to securely connect the walls to the floor and each wall panel to the next. Panel joints are carefully sealed with urethane sealant or silicone to prevent cold-air leakage.

4. Ceiling Panel and Door Installation

Ceiling Panel Installation
Ceiling panels are placed on top of the wall panels and securely fixed to prevent distortion of the overall structure. For large storage facilities, reinforcing members or hangers may be installed to prevent ceiling sagging.
Door Frame and Door Installation
The door frame is installed at the designated entrance, followed by the door body, hinges, handles, and safety devices such as an internal emergency-release mechanism.

5. Internal Equipment and Electrical Wiring

Lighting and Switches
Waterproof and moisture-resistant interior lights and switches are installed, and the related wiring is neatly organized through junction boxes.
Temperature Gauges and Accessories
A temperature gauge is installed for real-time monitoring, along with a pressure-relief valve to balance the air pressure inside and outside the storage facility.
Drainage System Installation
Drain outlets and drainage pipes are connected to ensure that condensate generated during refrigeration operation is discharged smoothly.

6. Refrigeration Unit Installation

Condensing Unit and Unit Cooler Installation
A compressor and condensing unit with the appropriate capacity for the refrigeration load are installed in a well-ventilated area, while the unit cooler, or evaporator, is securely mounted inside the storage facility.
Refrigerant Piping and Electrical Work
Copper piping is welded, the system is vacuumed, and refrigerant gas is charged. Electrical power and signal wiring between the control panel and refrigeration units is then completed.

7. Test Operation and Final Inspection

Power-On and Operational Testing
The circuit breaker is switched on, and the refrigeration equipment is tested through the control panel to confirm that it operates properly at the set temperature.
Electrical Performance Inspection
Starting current, operating current, and resistance values are measured to verify that the compressor and electrical components operate safely within the required specifications.
Airtightness and Temperature-Retention Testing
The facility is tested for several hours to confirm that the door seals completely and that the internal temperature quickly reaches the specified range, such as 0 to 5°C for refrigeration or -20°C for freezing.
Final Cleaning and Handover
Protective materials are removed, silicone-sealed areas receive a final inspection, and the user is instructed on system operation before the construction process is completed.
